“My scheduled time was for 1-5pm my detailer arrived late so it was already dark outside, after a little while it started to rain so he didn’t clean the outside of my car at all! I paid extra for floor shampooing once he left it was too late to see the interior of my car but the next day I noticed that there were areas that were still dirty, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed properly let alone washed! I still had dirt in the door areas that I had specifically shown I needed to be clean and my interior windows are smeared. ”
