“First of all I can’t see anything that warranted increase in price. The inside of windows were not touched. I cleaned them myself. There were a few objects in the tracks of seats but that should not have been increased in price. I had taken the majority of trash out of the car before they arrived. ”

“Service was scheduled for 8:00-10:00, but the technician did not show up until 11:30. After service was complete I felt pressure to provide a tip. The quality of the service was fine, although the technician was unable to remove a half dozen pine sap spots, so I would up doing it myself after they left. ”
