“The actual service is a 5, but the time it was scheduled was 10 am-12pm and they didn't arrive until 2:45 or so. Had I not called at 11:30, I would have spent an entire day waiting. As it was, I waited 4 1/2 hours. ”

“Very nice technician but since he was unable to do the complete job -full wash and wax and vaccuum' as he had no power. He did as good as he could with alternate products but the price was not reduced to account for it and the finished job was not what I was expecting for

“Waited until I wasn't so angry to provide feedback. Time has not made it any better. In fact every time we get in our cars we realize what a waste of $$$. The poor kid that came out had no idea how to detail a car. He tried hard and continued working on it until Iit was something I was "satisfied" with but it was clear, as I said, he doesn't detail cars. The most expensive car WASH ever!! To top it off I had made an error in filling out form and put Chevy Tahoe instead of Colorado and was told it could not be changed and had to pay the higher price. Will never use this service again nor recommend it. ☹️”
