“The guys were on time and professional. However, they did not lower the rear seats in our minivan and clean there accordingly. Also, the solution used for window cleaning seems to be subpar. All the windows/mirrors/screens in both vehicles were left very streaky.”

“Technician arrived at 12:30pm and I had an appointment at 2:30pm. He did the best he could in the time, doing a thorough job with the exception of the front window screen.
He was very courteous and apologized for not completing the service due to time Constraints. I had to ring twice to make sure the service was going to be completed ”

“Initially, one car's inside windows weren't cleaned. Then, it was a hassle to get a hold of detail team - and then they showed up over 90 minutes later than they had promised. Last straw: just discovered that they didn't properly apply wax, tons of tiny drops on car that attracts dust like glue. Terrible experience, will not book again. ”
