“The service was awesome. The car looks great. My disappointment came with the fact that the service person did not show until 9:45 ish. Was texted they would be here by 9:00 AM. I Had other commitments that I needed to be present for and only for the fact that I had someone to stay and wait for the service to be completed and another vehicle, otherwise I would have had to cancel the service. ”

“Well my mom's windows were really not cleaned very well. Couldn't really tell until she drove it. Now I'm not sure but I smelled alcohol on the Tec. Not 100 % but I could smell some. Didn't care for him not wearing a shirt. But I understand it was hot. Couldn't really see much difference with or without the wax job. Looked the same I was hoping for her car to have a shine to it”

“Kim was great! He’s very passionate about what he does and pays great attention to detail. He really went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied. Upon completion i reviewed the finished product and I typically have some corrections. However, this time I didn’t. Great customer service!”
