“The technician should have kept me more up to date on why he was running so late. He was very nice and he seemed interested in doing a good job, however, after he left I noticed some problems with the windows. There was a haze on the driver's side window and also the entire back window. I had to use a vinegar solution and a squeegee to get it off, this required several applications. I'm not sure what happened but it seems like he should have double- checked to see if things were done properly. Also, some of the cleaner he used on the inside on the car had not been wiped up entirely so I had to use a cloth and go back over everything. Over all he did a good job and I he had a good personality. I think he needs to be a little bit more attentive to finishing details.”

When I drove the next AM at 5:30 AM there we patches on the inside that didn't even get touched. Also, there was some sort of coating on the outside that when you used the wipers made it very difficult and unsafe to see out of. I can't fix myself because I have a broken shoulder.”

“Well my mom's windows were really not cleaned very well. Couldn't really tell until she drove it. Now I'm not sure but I smelled alcohol on the Tec. Not 100 % but I could smell some. Didn't care for him not wearing a shirt. But I understand it was hot. Couldn't really see much difference with or without the wax job. Looked the same I was hoping for her car to have a shine to it”

“The service was great, and the tech was great. The issue was trying to contact the tech directly. My appointment was scheduled for 8am central, and the person whose phone number was listed was not able to meet the tech. At 8am, I emailed my phone number and called customer service several times. The tech arrived, called the original person, then left because there was no answer. By the time I was able to track down customer service, the tech was 40 minutes away. Mike was very helpful on the phone, but it was the lack of ability to communicate with the tech directly before your office opens that frustrated me. ”

I was working an unavailable by phone, but my car was available for the appointment. Finely I was able to call him back and confirm. Today it was not a problem but it could have been as I allowed only 4 hours for the appointment and because he was 2 hours behind I could have not been able to get the service today. He did a good job and I rounded the cost up by $11.00 tip for him.”
