“I got the Super interior and not everything was done on the list of things it’s supposed to include. They did a really good job on the floor but The seats weren’t even attempted to be cleaned, and the rest was wiped down in a sloppy manner. The color of my leather seats hides the dirt and they don’t look dirty at first glance so I assume he thought I wouldn’t notice. I called to complain and they did come back to fix it! That’s why lm giving a 3 star. They did try to blame it on the cold weather for the cleaning solution “not working well” but I’m very particular about my car and could tell the seats weren’t even attempted besides maybe vacuumed a little the first time around. ”

“KEY IS INAMINAL ! Ipecable service! Key paid close attention to my concerns! My brand new car “ 2 months old, had huge swirl marks! A brand new car should not have swirl marks from the dealership! Key, shared The same concerns I had regarding the swirls I just couldn’t enjoy my car due to the swirls ! Key, showed me what a single paint pass correction with wax, would do to my paint. I was sold! We called up the company, Christine spoke with Key and my self, lovely lady! We did the platinum exterior pkg. key worked so hard, clean, neat, professional, we love our cars, boat, to buy a brand new car with swirls broke my heart! Key did such an amazing job that I had to send the sales manager photos of my car, step by step! WOW what Key did with my car, is simply magic! Christmas came early! All the swirls are gone, the chrome screens, it is so shiny it blinds you! I am not kidding! I will never use another company, and you could not ask for anyone better than Key! “It wasn’t as good as last time. There are still some spots on the seats and headliner that are surface/water spots. I don’t feel like the seats were shampooed well at all- maybe a glancing swipe. I went outside right after getting the notice the job was completed and the seats aren’t even damp. Last time I was super impressed and ordered the same package this timealong with exterior detailing. I’m disappointed. The job today would have been great if it had been the detail package under $100- but not the $169!”
