“The tech showed up two hours late and I was not able to do a post walk through because it had gotten dark and he said he needed to leave.
Things were left wet. I expected things like the glove box and console to be dried with a rag or something.
The cup holders at the back of the console were not cleaned, nor was the truck cleaned under the front seats.
The tech was very nice and polite. Afraid of dogs. He should be trained on how to interact with dogs.
I tipped him without being able to go over everything.
I would like to share photos I took of the parts he did not clean. Having paid nearly $300, I expected better service.”

“The guys did a fabulous job. Truck looks amazing. Only one relatively small hiccup. My service window was 10:00am to 12:00pm. The team didn’t actually arrive until 3:30pm. This would have been a problem if I had made plans for the afternoon. The text updates were very helpful however. Happy customer here.”

“Did not wax the roof of the truck nor clean the moon roof. Rain x treatment was also not applied to the roof glass. Windows had streaks. Technician said he used "Cherry Wax". This wax, according to the manufacturer does not contain a polymer sealant, which is what I requested.”

“Floor mats where places back in my truck with loose sand and dirt and this also caused it to get in my carpet. The front floor mat had mud on it and the front drivers side and back seat mats where just thrown in. This was my first time to use your service and I'm not really pleased. I called yesterday and left a message and no one had bothered to return my call.”

“I'm picky when it comes to cleaning my truck cause I had a side detail buniess years ago and considering the truck was dirtier than normal , after the detail it looked good on the outside and although the interior was clean I was expecting more. My seats were not cleaned per the package I purchased, back window not cleaned and dashboard, center console, door panels etc. were wiped clean but no protectant was used. ”

The service people were cleaning one of the two cars in the dark so not sure they were able to do as good of a job as they would have if it was light out. Overall they did the best job they could. ”
