“If you noticed my previous review, I had some concerns about items on the Platinum list not being done at all, or not done well. As a result of that review, Eric and Fred contacted me through CarDetailing.com, and made an appointment to return to resolve the problems. Not only that they accommodated me when I couldn't work with the time they offered. The job they did was excellent and they covered all of the items we discussed and did it with a wonderful attitude. Thanks again Eric and Fred and sorry I didn't write this review that day! Exterior dressing of plastics - Not on the black rockers below the doors. CAN see overspray on them (Both sides of the car) Engine compartment wipe-down - Can see in pics where my fingers dragged through dust / dirt. Was counting on this too Vacuum entire interior and trunk - I actually don't believe the trunk was even opened much less vacuumed Shampoo interior carpets, trunk and floor mats. I question that he shampooed... Vacuum yes Clean all interior compartments - Cup holder look cleaner, but no other 'compartments' appear to have been ”
