“The email said the tech would call but did not. I thought your ad says hand wash. To me that's soapy water and a bucket. However the tech washed the car was ,a poor job. I can see water spots and a spotty substance under his wax job. Since the car has a dark stripe, the white spotty stuff is highly visible. The insid was up to par. I spent 3 hours removing wax and some of the white spotty stuff myself. He should have come to me if he had issues with the white spotty stuff. He just waxed over it. The rest of the car was fine.”

“I was expecting an auto detailing. But it was just a good car wash job. They left some small areas still dirty such as the door jambs. I didn't check the interior throughly but I hope it okay. I asked them to remove the door trims but they said they could not remove the adhesive in case they damage the paint. I agree with them but I thought they are the pros that I expect they know more than I do. I guess they used leather conditioner. The spell of it destroyed the cars original leather spell. I wish they used scent less conditioners. I am not sure if there are original leather scent conditioners. Overall I think they did an okay job but not impressive. Maybe I am expecting too much from them. ”

“We ordered late, detailer wasn't aware of two cars needing complete detailing so he ran out of daylight. Perhaps had two guys came!!, over all he did a good job, especially on the Lexus however on the infinity the back seat and windows where the kids sit at still had finger circles and sticky on the seat, I would still make a apt again, with enough time ”
