“My door jams were not cleaned, the back needs vacuuming, the back of my front seats were not conditioned/cleaned, and my dash board looks like it may have been wiped off, but not appropriately cleaned. The middle console was skipped over completely. If you were to look at my car, it does not look like it has really been washed. He did a great job of conditioning the front seats, I will give him that... and he was friendly. My total after the discount was $169, and after my tip I paid $194. For this amount of money, I would really appreciate if I could get the full package as the website details. ”

“The two guys who showed up were very nice and I know they worked very hard. However, I mentioned twice when making the appointment that I was doing so because of a rotten hamburger smell in my car due to me spilling a tray of hamburger grease in the back seat. I told them about the smell, and you really can't miss it. But, it seems like they have a routine and just did the the same steps that they would normally do to clean the interior of a car thoroughly. It did smell better when they were done, but it was very temporary. By the time I got back to my car later that evening, it already had the hints of rotten meat again. And now I have to spray some odor removing spray every time I get in my car to prevent getting sick from the odor. So, the interiorior of my car is clean looking, but not clean smelling. I purchased the higher level interior cleaning, and I am somewhat disappointed that it still smells bad. ”

He did call several times to let us know he was running late and an time estimate which was helpful. My daughters car looked amazing when he was done. Reason I ask is I didn't know that the gentleman work for their own company. So not to be sour but when you ask how you guys did today, it should be how SHINE Mobile Detail Service did today. All you guys did was scheduled them to come out to my house. A little misleading I must say. So once again unless you can guarantee them two to come out on a every other week basis which I don't think you can I think I'd rather have their service provide me what I need. Not you guys.
