The middle console was skipped over completely. If you were to look at my car, it does not look like it has really been washed. He did a great job of conditioning the front seats, I will give him that... and he was friendly. My total after the discount was $169, and after my tip I paid $194. For this amount of money, I would really appreciate if I could get the full package as the website details. ”

“The two guys who showed up were very nice and I know they worked very hard. However, I mentioned twice when making the appointment that I was doing so because of a rotten hamburger smell in my car due to me spilling a tray of hamburger grease in the back seat. I told them about the smell, and you really can't miss it. But, it seems like they have a routine and just did the the same steps that they would normally do to clean the interior of a car thoroughly. It did smell better when they were done, but it was very temporary. By the time I got back to my car later that evening, it already had the hints of rotten meat again. And now I have to spray some odor removing spray every time I get in my car to prevent getting sick from the odor. So, the interiorior of my car is clean looking, but not clean smelling. I purchased the higher level interior cleaning, and I am somewhat disappointed that it still smells bad. ”
