“Technician could not speak or understand English. This was a problem for me.i was unaware that older stains may not be able to be removed. The technician was very friendly but the speech barrier was difficult at best. Overall I guess he did his best. ”

“This company subcontracted out the cleaning of my car. Although I was not originally pleased with the job overall, it was an improvement over the starting point. After I filled out the survey and sent pictures, they did send the same contractor out to re-do the seats. Overall, I would say I was not pleased with the final result. For $219.00 (only for the inside of the car) I expected the car to be spotless. It wasn't. Can't say that the return trip vastly improved the result. Still had sticker glue from the dealer paper on the inside windows. The contractor said, "that's not part of the cleaning." So, in the end, I would NOT reuse this company or the subcontractor”

“The interior windows were not cleaned. Also, the stains on the front seats did not come out. I don't know if this was because of the chemicals or the process used. Finally, there is still a strong smell inside the vehicle. This I think was not addressed at all or if it was, it was not handled effectively.”

“These guys are great. They came out on a very rainy day and did all the work under my carport. The detailer found my owners pack that had an extra key with fob on it. I had lost my only one a year ago. That saved me $275.00 because I was just about to buy a new one. He was great and my car has never looked better. “The retailers did fine on the sides and hood of the car but completely forgot to take care of the roof. I had to go to the auto parts store, buy stuff and finish what they started. Before he left I asked him if he did the roof and said "yeah". After he left I could tell the roof was not touched and was still in bad shape. I was very disappointed that he lied to me because he was in a hurry. Wish I could get my 15% tip back. ”
