The gentleman didn’t speak any English so it was a little hard to communicate but we was able to do it through a app. I let him do his thing and when I came back out an hour and a half later, I didn’t even know my own car ha ha ha

“Gary and his team did an AMAZING JOB! My car was absolutely gross. Stains, smells, dust, etc. Gary arrived on time and immediately got to work. It took roughly three hours and the final result was perfection. My car looks brand new. Scheduled and paying were really easy and love the text informing me every step of the way. “The interior looks great.... Only negative is there's a white stained soap residue or something on the front floor pads ..They dried stiff as opposed to the soft carpet fibers they once were.
Secondly, I would recommend staff customer service training, starting with introducing themselves with their name ... Calling prior to coming as stated in e-mail, text and homepage and giving the customer an idea of how long the service will take. To be honest it's a bit scary when someone comes to your home, doesn't introduce themselves, aren't in a professional uniform and arrive in an unmarked van with front end damage. I have to be honest. I was glad my husband was home because I felt scared. I would take a look at these concerns I have shared because I don't plan on using this service again. ”
