Appointment window not met, and when they did arrive and start working, when I came to check the car I had to point out 8 different areas that were not done properly. I literally wiped my finger on the car and had so much dirt on it I had to go wash my hands. There were multiple areas I had to point out. Sure, they addressed them, but for $370, that is not acceptable. I am not sure how good the wax is, I will know in a few days.weeks. Based on what I see with my eyes, the simple $190 platinum package is probably all I need, it is sure all I see as service today.”

“The product used on the floormats stained my driveway. The floor mats are very slick and almost greasy. They are dangerous! My shoes get slippery from them and slip on the gas and breaks!! When i tried to wipe them the papertowel becam all black.... so clearly I cant put anything down in my teunk or floors now without putting something under it. Very displeased!!”
