“The assigned crew was 1.5 hours late, and nobody contacted me until they were already about 10 minutes overdue. During the final inspection, I asked to see the engine bay and discovered that it hadn't been detailed. While correcting that oversight, overspray from the product they used to dress the plastic got onto the bottom of the windshield.
The crew completed the work in about 2 hours and did a reasonable job, but I don't feel that it was worth the $339 they charged for the Titanium package.
I don't know whether I would schedule through cardetailing.com again, but if I did, I would request a different contractor to perform the service.”
