Never seen the truck being rubbed down with the clay bar and the was was a spray and wipe off. Out truck has a metallic paint called midnight tuxedo. Yes part of it is shiny but it still looks streaked and dull under the spray wax. ”

“The outside of both vehicles was done fairly well. The inside of both vehicles was poorly done. I was concerned that a station wagon and a large pickup truck were BOTH finished in barely two hours total by one man. Other detail companies I have used took one and a half to two hours just to do the truck alone, and that was with two people. I am highly disappointed, considering I paid over $300.00 for barely two hours of work, and got a $50.00 job on both vehicles.”

“Gentleman was very nice. Lady would come and go, and he made a comment about help that he did not get that day. The insides were great, did a fantastic job detailing the inside, zero complaints there. Outside there were multiple places where it was half assed, not buffed off to a shine, missed areas, one area on truck roof that looked like it had not been washed. I spent an hour and a half redoing areas. Bottle of water and a bottle of cleaner, seemed very flustered at the end of the day. He seemed overwhelmed doing all three vehicles himself. I personally would not want to reuse the service as it did not seem like I got what I paid for.If someone would be willing to come out and buff the vehicles and clean the windows we would be extremely happy and am not looking for any money.”

“I have never seen a dirt covered truck Claybared before it was washed. They say they waxed it, but I never saw them put it on. The corners of the windows were untouched when they cleaned them. The interior was vacuumed and dusted, but there is no sign or smell of any leather cleaner being used. ”

“This service took over 7 days to complete and required me to leave my truck unlocked at my home while I was out of town. The exterior detailing after it was finally completed turned out satisfactory, but the fact that I was charged extra to remove pet hair was ridiculous. I should've at the least been comped the charge for the pet hair fee due to the amount of time this job took. I have another car that needs detailing but I will never use this service again. I was never called to keep me updated on the service and was not even apologized to for the absurd situation. All I got was emails and texts demanding payment for the terrible service I ordered. But I will remit payment and cross my fingers that someone in customer service contacts me for further comment.”

“Duane was on time. We provided water and electricity though Duane had those services. Upon inspection Duane stated that 40.00 would allow for the pet hair. Payment was discussed and cash was his preference as he had forgotten the credit card reader. The Toyota had plastic flooring.
He completed the Toyota and I allowed the use of a 4 seasons polishing compound to the clay bar. He forgot to apply the plastics solution to the mirrors & bumpers.
Duane completed the truck but was hurried due to his other appointments. He had provided that both trucks would be completed in 3 hours. He complained about the dog hair though 85% of the carpet is covered by Weathertech mats. I again allowed the use of the polishing compound to the clay bar. He did get the tires shine on but forgot the exterior plastics solution on my truck.
Duane finished in about 4.5 hours and I ran errands to assist though he did not ask this of me.
We will continue our plan to detail the trucks monthly.”
