“I scheduled to have the interior and exterior done and was told it would take 3 hours. The guy showed up in a non-branded and honestly sketchy looking SUV. 3 hours later and only the interior had been done, but done well. A valve on his water tank for the exterior was broken and he would have to return the next day to do the exterior detailing. Then the next day, his sketchy SUV would not start so my appointment kept getting pushed back later and later. I eventually cancelled the exterior appointment. The interior was done well, but the entire process was inconvenient. ”

Late due to holiday traffic. Due to being late, it was dark and many spots were missed. on the interior and wheels.

“When I checked on the guy I noticed an area where he missed and he said “oh, you have wear and tear on your car”.... after he left I noticed more area he missed. I used armoral and cleaned it myself, with no issues, just rubbed it a little. I thought the trunk was to be cleaned too? Well if it was, it wasn’t. There were a few areas on the driver side door where there was white steaks on the black color. I wiped them out. I will probably not use the service again!”

“Technician did not clean dirt smudges from headliner where passenger grab handle is and did not clean fingerprints on visor on passenger visor. Did not complete armorall on steering wheel and left dirt smudges on radio.”

“The service was awesome! So convenient ! To schedule the appointment was quick and easy and only took a few minutes. The follow up emails to keep me posted and to remind me of my scheduled appointment were beyond great service. The follow up after the service was immediate to ensure that i was satisfied and happy with the service.
My detailer's name was Gregory Gross and i couldn't have received a better person to show up and take care of my car.
He was extremely professional and polite.
