“Heavily over sprayed the tires and did not clean off of rims, took 2 hours to remove the over spray on the rims. (still have to scrub the tires to get the excess off). Wheel wells where still dirty, bed of truck was just rinsed and not scrubbed, dirt still in bed of truck. Floor mats were not scrubbed. Water marks on top of the cab, so I had to buff them out. The tech also worked on his car at the same time as mine getting his break dust and contaminants on my driveway. By the way the truck is only a month old. Never again”

“Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the job. I had to point out all the areas where he left soap residue, there was still dust under the seats and carpets, and he didn’t even realize there was a third row, so it wasn’t cleaned at all. He also missed the lower part of the bumpers. Even after coming back to clean it a second time, I honestly think I could have done a better job myself. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The last time I hired a detailing service, the results were excellent — this time, unfortunately, not at all. Sorry.””
