It's better than it was, but definitely not as good as expected. Found dirt between bottom and back if seat, behind interior door handles, in door cargo compartments, sun visors, and cup holders. When I need a "detail" I would expect to have all the details handled. Interior has cleaning residue on every surface. Could have do e the same job for cheaper.”

“Crew was agitated with my girlfriend because I wasn’t home but left her with all the information they needed. “Cleaning” my truck bed was a matter of sweeping all the trash onto my driveway and leaving it there. My windows where left with streaks that I had to rewash. Also on my interior they didn’t move the seats and you can now tell a defined line of where they polished the interior. I leave 2 stars because the paint was cleaned wonderfully but the interior and customer service falls far short of what $350 is worth ”

My G37 is cleaner and better looking that it ever was. The black paint shined better than I have seen in a long time. The only detail they missed on my truck was the rear wheel wells. They didn't get it washed like I was expecting. Didn't notice it till after the team left. I was so blown away on the car the truck I just didn't go over it as closely, my fault. If I had said it they would have handled it. Good guys. I will have them back for two more vehicles very soon. ”

“Our appt was for arrival between 1000-1200. The providers arrived at 3pm. They finished the service at 8pm. As it was dark they were unable to inspect their work adequately. Missed bugs on both cars either they didn't see them or couldn't reach them. Several areas on both cars there was applied wax that was not buffed out. Windows on both vehicles were dirty from a substance they used and then did not clean them off both inside and out. They wiped down the interior with a glossy substance that was not applied evenly and left multiple streaks. The workers were very nice and seemed consciencous but inexperienced then put themselves into a situation they couldn't do quality work in. I tipped them in good faith but this morning when I went to check the vehicles in the light I spent over an hour wiping down/buffing both the exterior and interior to bring the two vehicles to a minimum standard. Way overpriced considering the quality of the service. ”
