“Rear Windows were not cleaned well. They have spray splatter from cleaner and front windshield is a smeared mess. Inside and out. The floor matts that are only a few months old, were not cleaned. They were only sprayed down/rinsed with water. I'm now questioning if car was properly waxed per description. ”
