“My tech was great. My issue was the time window. I was given noon to 3 and he didn’t arrive within that timeframe which was a bit of a pain in terms of everything I had to get done today. ”

“Not all the hair was removed, but I was warned by the technician that maybe the case. It’s just disappointing because I paid extra for pet hair removal. The technician were professional and polite so the rationing was higher because of them would like to have too areas to rate because they would’ve had 5-stars.”

“The tech was unable to accept my instructions about ignoring the back area of the car. He said he couldn't not do the whole car and that I needed to also pay the extra for pet hair. All I wanted done - and what I was willing to pay full price for - was the exterior and the interior passenger area. Additionally, the number of texts and emails I got requesting payment was annoying. I have been a long time customer - but I won't be back. I appreciate the chance to leave a tip below - I tipped him in cash. Again, he worked hard - I just prefer when I am paying $200 for a service to have my instructions to actually do LESS than I am paying for listened to.”

“The only reason I did not give a 5 review was that there were some areas that were not wiped down. Mostly inside compartments like the glove box, center console, cup holders. And there was a pebble wedged in between the rock rail & the main side panel that when I tried to unwedge it with my credit card, it dropped into that tiny space. I got the rock out & scratched the paint in the process.. oh, but I was able to retrieve my credit card without removing the rock rail!
James was very professional & overall exceeded my expectations!! I had two huskies in that vehicle & a canvas liner, that when I removed it, it left adhesive & was really a gooey mess!! He got it all off & all dog hair removed. The two men worked several hours, very hard, & nonstop so I just couldn’t bring myself to mention the inside compartment detailing… I will just have to do those areas myself..
However, I despite that .5 ding on the star rating, I was extremely happy!
Will definitely recommend & use again!!”

“The technician did a terrific job on my Jeep Wrangler. He was on time and a hard worker. One problem though. He didn’t carry a product like ArmorAll. So my bumpers which are a hardened rubber like most cars look faded. This is a “Detail “ business and that is a detail that should have been handled…especially for the price. Not sure that I’ll use them again.”

“I’ve used your service before and the gentleman who was here for 3hours , did a phenomenal job on my Jeep! I am considering selling my Jeep now and thought I’d have the same level of service for the high price. Not close. Under the seats weren’t vacuumed & I opened trunk and nothing was even wiped down! I wiped with my finger and showed him (Josh) & he apologized and said he’d get his vacuum back out I asked if he even shampooed the carpets and he said no the shampooer doesn’t fit in his car so he did something else? Mind you this was Just barely 2 hours - I paid and I tipped him 20% because he was just a kid. After he left I went out to park in garage and my side mirrors were dirty, my windshield had dried bugs all over it and there was smeared product on the dash. With my handheld vac and a bottle of armor all. I could’ve saved $200. I do feel bad having to write this and really debated but you need to have people who know what there doing when it’s a $220 car cleaning ! ”

Before he started, I told him that I did not expect all of the dog hair to be gone- but good lord, he worked a miracle!! No one would ever know that my co-pilot is a labrador retriever!
