“It is very unfortunate. The gentleman is a very nice young man... however, the quality of execution is not at all acceptable or worth the price of $429.00 for a Toyota Highlander... After pointing out considerable oversights.... he agreed and made some corrections, but it is still not worth the price or the amount of time dedicated. I will be sending it to another company to re-do/complete the job that is a gift to my sister. On the second vehicle (mine... Mercedes S63) I had done that was very clean... it needed basically a light wipe down, there is now a film that is tacky on many surfaces... basically the car now needs a complete redo... I asked that no shiny 'Armorall' type of product be used and it was. I also own my own company and appreciate that this is not how an owner wants their services to be provided. I would not recommend or use this company again.”

He seemed to have a good understanding/knowledge of his duties- he was able to answer all of my questions. He did a nice job on the interior of my truck. My only complaint is that he missed a cleaning the ceiling of my truck. The lighting in my garage was not the greatest(it was beginning to get dark when he arrived). Everywhere else is clean except ceiling. How do I go about getting the ceiling of my truck cleaned? ”
