“The exterior was absolutely flawless. The interior was not what I expected. Seems like very little time was spent on the inside. Spent an hour, the morning after the detai was completed and hadn't driven the vehicle since cleaned, wiping down the inside (console, cupholders, dash, inside any compartment was not clean or wiped,) revacuuming my seats and had to reclean my floormats. For a service costing over $200 I believe I should have seen a better result inside my vehicle. ”

“Besides showing up at 10:45 am there were A lot of areas were not cleaned, like the door jams, in between the front seats and console, door panels, front windshield outside and especially on the inside, dog hairs are still there in the area when the back seat is lifted, the cover/door for the charging port is broken off, a lot of dirty dusty areas that I had to clean my self , if I’m paying that kind of money I shouldn’t have to start cleaning where they lacked, one of the techs seemed very not into doing any kind of strenuous work, very dissatisfied ”

“They left without me a going over what they did. Then when I went out to look they didn't do a good job at all. I had to finish cleaning my truck! Door jams not cleaned, back of the truck still had dirt on it, the inside windows weren't wiped, the floor mats not cleaned, part of the back seat not vacuumed, the wheel wells not cleaned, was supposed to be waxed and wasn't. The job sucked. Will never use this company again. ”
