“When tech left, he left floor mats on the walkway and doors to car wide open. He also left water running and hose unrolled on walkway. Interior is clean, windshield could’ve been less streaky but not terrible”

“Rear Windows were not cleaned well. They have spray splatter from cleaner and front windshield is a smeared mess. Inside and out. The floor matts that are only a few months old, were not cleaned. They were only sprayed down/rinsed with water. I'm now questioning if car was properly waxed per description. ”
