“Ryan showed a lack of interest and enthusiasm. He lacks attention to detail. I had to show him several areas that he either missed or did a poor job cleaning. I had to use my own product to remove water marks and to clean the rims. He's a nice guy but lacks professionalism. I would not recommend him to anyone. I am very disappointed. ”

“The service people were very nice. My appointment window was 4-6 but no one showed up until 645. There were two cars to detail. The service people were cleaning one of the two cars in the dark so not sure they were able to do as good of a job as they would have if it was light out. Overall they did the best job they could. ”
