“There was a ring left on carpet by the side molding. The car had a musty odor which it didn't have before. Under the front seats where not vacuumed and there was puddles of water left on the floor mats. Head rest Crome not cleaned.
So for $244.00 plus a $50 tip. Not a good job. ”

“My appointment window was 2-5 pm and around 11am I was estimated 4pm. Just after 4 I was sent a message the tech would be there closer to 530pm. The tech arrived at about 630 pm. He apologized for the traffic but was eager to get going and said he could still complete it.
I commend the tech for doing a great job, even in the dark till about 830 pm.
I came outside to finalize things and he was polite and friendly and offered to wipe the outside down again after I moved it into the garage to get the pollen off.
Funny we started talking about the tree out front. He even was happy to take 4 huge leaf bags I have been trying to get rid of since last fall for his gardening. Great trade for the both of us!
I like not having to drop my vehicle off and I LOVE having a clean car. Will probably use service again. ”

“There were a couple of spots on the interior that were missed.
My biggest complaint is that our appointment was scheduled for the time block of 8-10 and the technician did not arrive until after 1:00. That in itself was not a huge deal, but I could not get anyone to communicate with me.”
