“The tech was complaining about washing the car. Didn’t take off some of the bugs marks and said this is just a basic cleaning. I paid over $120 for a hand wash on the car and didn’t even get the spray wax. I been using this service for a long time and this was the first bad experience. ”

“Well my about was scheduled and confirmed for 3:45 pm but I received a call from the technician saying that they would arrive until about 4:30 or 5 due to finishing another client which I didn’t mind because I had the afternoon free but I didn’t expect them not to arrive until 6pm. All in all the job was just ok very clean but still marks on my window seal and also the car was not fully dry so water still dripping all over the place. Doubt that I’d use again. ”
