“He worked very, very hard cleaning and polishing, especially the "boo boo" on the passenger side...marks completely gone...insurance would have been much more expensive and time consuming. The interior was like new. He resurrected the finish on the steering wheel to new.
Good communication for arrival day and time...I did tip him in cash separately.
