“It doesn't appear my leather was conditioned. There are several missed smudge spots on exterior. There are still bugs on the front grill. I am not sure the carpets were shampooed (they don't smell like they were) and my tires were not dressed. ”

“Told us it would only take 1 hour for each vehicle. It took him 4 hours total. This is due to his smoke breaks & being on his phone constantly. I do not want someone detailing my car while smoking. And after all this time waiting the vehicles were still dirty especially outside. Tires/rims were filthy & patched of dirt on outside. Please do not send him again. Thank you. ”

“ This was a platinum detail second highest you offer so I expected good detail. My families in the car business are you feeling when I was younger and I know what our detail looks like. The tops of the windows were dirty. The inside of the cupholders were filthy, the armor all job was very blotchy the leather seats were dirty and didn't look like they had any conditioner put on them carpets were not clean. ”

The entire vehicle did not have a clay bar treatment, the clay bar that was used and was not fresh which left scratches in my paint. Wheels were not cleaned all the way, areas where not even addressed. Disappointed in that this was suppost to be the best package offered. ”
