“It’s not detailed, it’s just general cleaning and wipe down, doesn’t look bad but I could’ve done this myself with baby wipes. The trunk wasn’t cleaned either. The lower parts on the outside of the car weren’t cleaned, the mats weren’t cleaned, the console wasn’t vacuumed, and neither was the license plate. Mind you, there was a lot of food and stuff but that food wasn’t caked on, it was 90% LOOSE food meaning you just vacuum it up. I was under the impression it would’ve been a professional detail job. I’m still confused as to why the trunk and frunk weren’t touched at all. They were really nice though, don’t waste your money on this service though, I’m just super disappointed that I wasted nearly $200 on a wipe down.”

“Francisco did a very good job on my brand new Tesla. He came with a well equipped clean van, totally impressive. On top of that he told me he uses DI water to wash the car and and that is a “wow” factor to me. I like people who treats their detailing job as an art work because it is !
