“Hey my name is Zach and I drive a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro convertible. I'm giving it 4 stars because My car detailing experience was absolutely phenomenal. Jimmy from easy does it does a fantastic job, and knows exactly what to do for every situation. On top of that he explained to me different steps, and certain things that he was doing. Like how for vinyl you should apply a special wax that keeps the vinyl looking new, and on the inside and outside how there are certain things that you should do. But my complaint isn't about jimmy it's about the actual customer service. I have a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro convertible that I got detailed, and it was absolutely fantastic, and beautiful outside. It was a great day and I'm a college student so this hurt a little when it came to the price but looking at the completed job it was worth it. Not even 4 hours later it rained and everything but the interior was ruined. I was upset because I just spent a lot of money on something and it only lasted a f”

“RJ listened to my primary concern regarding the odor from the car. Explained how he was going to deal with the issue. The results were great. RJ was really friendly which made the whole experience that much better. I really appreciated that I could get someone the same day. The cost was a little more than I was hoping to spend, but in the end it was well worth it.”

“My detailer Bryan was awesome! Super friendly and very professional! The rest of this company is what brought the rating down. My detailer was running late when he was originally scheduled for Friday (and had to be rescheduled to the next day) and instead of letting me know, they just requested I set up my credit card information. When Bryan arrived on Saturday he charged me for his service, and then I was charged again from setting up my CC info the previous day. (Which I requested be refunded and have gotten NO RESPONSE TO). Then, I got my confirmation text for yesterday's appointment 5hours after my actual appointment!! Bryan was awesome, and I would absolutely hire him again...The rest of this company just BLOWS!! ”

“The only reason I didn't give a 5, was because I wanted something that wasn't offered. A full chrome wheel clean and polish inside and out. My own negligence, but wishful thinking. The service and crew were out freaking standing. I will always and only use this service. Thank you. ”
