“Bo was prompt and worked hard to completely detail the car. The engine, headlights, and body look brand new. For all the excellent work, I was slightly disappointed the wheel rims were not completely wiped down. I had to go back and wipe them so the car was complete. Otherwise, the job would have been given a 5 rating. ”

“Aweful job ... detail person showed up almost two hours late ... almost night time. No apology, not even a hello. I paid for the platinum package and he didn’t vacuum my trunk at all, nor did he wipe down anything underneath the hood, all types of leaves in the jams and the wheels still had brake dust everywhere. Hoping someone would come out and finish the job properly.”

Technician came at 10.30 and he started work by 10.50.
Then I left the work area and revisited him after 30mins.
While he is cleaning dashboard, doors etc I saw my car seats and I observed that there is no change and Stains are still present.Then I checked whether the seats are wet or not .But seats are very dry.Then I asked him if he applied shampoo and steamed. He said yes.
If the seats are shampooed and steamed, seats should be atleast 10%wet. I told technician that those stains and water marks didnot go away and I am not satisfied. Then only he applied steam(not shampoo) on driver seat at 1.30PM .
1)I do agree that he cleaned and steamed the carpet but not shampooed
2)Cleaned the Dasshboard withcloth
3)cleaned the doors with spray (but not shampooed or steamed cloth area)
4)not shampooed seats,hand rest foot mats etc
He applied spray on cloth and cleaned the below things but not shampooed .You can now come and check .”

“I was not happy with the overall service. Detailing part was adequate. There was one window that had 12 inch by 6 inch smear left on it. The rearview mirror was not cleaned and felt that I could of had the same job done for under $100 at a local car wash/detailing establishment.
the worst part of the whole job was, the technician left the dome light engaged which led to a drained battery and the car would not start. I only have one car so I was unable to jump start my car. Had to call AAA service to have them come and jump start the car. Missed half days work due to this mishap.”

“I was charged twice . And the charge has not been refunded to me. The guy did a nice job but I'm frustrated with being charged twice. A $108 fee from him and a $99 fee from car detailing . Questioning whether or not I shoukd use this service or just go in to a shop . Also I thought my water and electricity wasn't going to be used but It was. Stop false advertising! ”

I chose this pkg to pay more for shampoo cloth seats ....not complete. It looked better but obvious spots missed. Same spots removed from other seat .
Most obvious were the Windows inside glass.

ALL other inside glass is wiped but smeared
Yes they were dirty but should of changed cloth or usec more cleaner
