“The fact that you had to cancel and reschedule. The fact that my detailer had to complete my car and then get on the road to Maryland for another appointment I believe resulted in less care for my car. Don’t get me wrong, the detailer did a good Job, but not $250.00 worth of work. I understand stains can be tough, but I should not have dirt anywhere else in my car.
If you have your guys spread thin, then your service will be lacking always. That’s not just a worker issue, but a management issue.”

“Said it would be around 3 hours. He was here for maybe 1:30. Dirt still under wheel-well … spots still on trunk of car and bugs on windshield and hood. Did not wax/clean crome which is still very dirty. Had a car seat cleaned and when I lifted up fabric there was still food left (pretzel and fruit snack) ”
