“When they were leaving, I pointed out that they Left Trash on the ground. I Asked for spray bottle and rag to redo the hubcaps. I said dirt that I could wipe off. He said "rust" yes some rust but I got dirt off. Said 3x that I needed it to look "brand new" and this was my expensive Christmas present from my husband. Asked to get the dead bugs out of the rear window sill. He said he didn't have a brush to reach and the vacuum nozzle was too large. Back end of work van smelled of pot.
On a better note, they were polite, and did a better job than I could have done. I gave them each a tip for working in such cold conditions. Sorry, but this was way too expensive for being this frustrated and disappointed. I had texted 2 times this am asking if it was too cold to work outside. No answer. The young men said that no one is in the office after mid morning”

“I had very small stains that should not of been hard to remove at all yet they are still there. I don’t believe I got the shampooing. Also the truncheons was not cleaned either. Maybe a slight vacuum if that. The vacuum was good I just was not happy that I paid for the stains and the stains are what is still there.”

“John and his partner did an EXCELLENT job! I have a 5 year old daughter who thinks the backseat is her playground. They arrived on time, and immediately started work! I was nervous b/c I didn’t think they could get all the stains out! I was wrong! My car looked showroom ready!!! I highly recommend them!! BRAVO!!!!!!”

“I was not satisfied because I did not receive the service that I thought would be provided. I did not receive a wax job, nor was my engine cleaned out. I also requested to have mmt car sanitized, mentioned it to the tech and he had no idea what I wad talking about. I was asked if water and electricity would be available and I stated that it was not; the tech arrived unprepared and had to take my car to Quick Quack to wash and vacuum. My trunk had not been cleaned out so he had to take the car back to the Quick Quack. I did not pay for the extra sanitizing job but my gas was used for thus job. I am not satisfied!”

“For a $220 car wash I could have done a better job doing it myself ! I’m so upset the car isn’t fully vacuumed ! My dashboard is still dirty ! My arm rest/glove compartment wasn’t even touched ! I usually Pay $40 for a car wash in and out and my car usually smells brand new with you guys my car smells like a wet dog !! ON TOP OF ALL THAT my seats were half shampooed extremely upset ! ”

“The service was not a detailing, it was a wax and interior wipe down. The car looked nice but the attention to detail was lost. Your ad said the service would take around 3 hour, my car was completed a little over an hour and a half. I brought this up to the technician and he replied that he was fast and been doing this type of a long time. The main reason for this
was a good waxing for my car sits out. The wax job was very light and spots were missed. Furthermore some of the windows were not cleaned or they too had missed spots. A COMPLETE DETAIL JOB should be spotless and gone over with a fine tooth comb, this was not the case. I am very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Also to wash a car and use clay bar you need water, well my driveway never got wet. Your technician was nice however the work performed did not met my expatiation or the price I paid. ”
