“Sean did a nice job, car looks great but to get to that point was NOT a fun task. We were scheduled for June 26th, you cancelled; then again for June 29, you cancelled and then he was suppose to show up on Friday June 30th and that didn't happen. I hadn't rescheduled an appointment but I received an email confirming my appointment...that I didn't make...all in all it got done and it's looks good. I don't know if I (we) will use your service again. Not a fun experience.”

“The first tech didn't even show up and the second tech was an hour late from the time he said he would be there. He started detailin at 9pmy when it was already dark. He didn't bring any lights to illuminate the vehicle. He left at around 1230 am before I had inspected the vehicle. It didn't get to ispect the vehicle until the next day there several areas that still needed attention. The gas cap area, the door hinges, leaves under the hood and o spare tire, and left a film on my left rear tail light.”

“Good attention to detail for the most part but they missed some spots on the outside but it was also dark outside. Why you didn't get five stars is because the appointmant was supposed to be at 8:30 in the morning instead They didn't show up until 530 at night. Does that work in the dark in the Miss Americ does that work in the dark and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning in full night I saw lots of berries box that was never rubbed off three S. still in and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning I saw lots of areas that needed work. Wax left on the car Tree sap still on the hood etc. The interior was awesome.

“ My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the technician performed 90% of the work in the dark with a light from his phone. Because of that fact the job was not done accurately. The tech spent a lot of time working on my vehicle which was very dirty. But the lack of light must have played a factor in the ultimate outcome. ”

“Was very happy with the service. The gentleman that came was very polite and took his time cleaning the SUV. I will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend to any family or friends wanting to get detailed work done. ”
