“Good attention to detail for the most part but they missed some spots on the outside but it was also dark outside. Why you didn't get five stars is because the appointmant was supposed to be at 8:30 in the morning instead They didn't show up until 530 at night. Does that work in the dark in the Miss Americ does that work in the dark and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning in full night I saw lots of berries box that was never rubbed off three S. still in and they missed some areas. When I woke up in the morning I saw lots of areas that needed work. Wax left on the car Tree sap still on the hood etc. The interior was awesome.

“It started with him showing up late. Two men then took two hours to clean yet left crumbs, gum wrappers, dirt, bugs, grim and much more behind. There were compartments that had not even been whipped out. I called and had him come back only to be disappointed again. Collapsable seats had not been lifted or cleaned between/under. The gas compartment had not been whipped out nor had the glove box. What they did was really only a car wash; they paid no attention to DETAILS. ”

“I had an appointment window from 10-12 and at 11:30 I received a phone call that the tech was sick and they would have to reschedule and they would get back to me. I didn't receive a phone call for an update on the appointment time until the tech was in my work parking lot of work. I think he was a last minute substitute. I was expecting a deep carpet clean like advertised on your website but all I got was a bottle of simple green and a rag. The technician was caught on our security cameras urinating in the bushes. I was very disappointed for what I actually got for what it costs. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's nothing more than what I would normally do myself.”
