“We have had 2 major issues with 1 of the cars that was serviced on Friday. First, the car's seats were soaking wet after the detail, and the car now has a musty smell.
More importantly, a lot of equipment no longer works (speedometer, RPM, radio, fuel gauge). This is a company car, and it is extremely disruptive to our bottom line to have to deal with these issues.”
