“Not finished.wipe marks over windows and wheels. Cup holders still with crumbs. Water left on center console and mats, mats not clean. Sideboards all dirty. Door cracks do not appear vacuumed. Hard surfaces not cleaned and not treated. Paid for highest level service. Was added extra for pet hair in mostly leather car. The few areas with carpet have no hair, but debris was not removed. If I didn’t watch the person drive up, I’d ask when are they arriving? Worst of all, called for help, sent photos requested and no one has responded. Looks like my 8 yo gave it a go. Will tip when job is complete.”
