The interior came out just gorgeous! I've never used a mobile detailing service before; I can say now that it was worth every penny, and I will happily be patronizing detail.com again in future, as well as recommending it to everyone I know. If you could, please thank our service person again for all of his hard work! (One note: it might be helpful to customers if you provide a FAQ about gratuity. “The service window was 12:00 - 3:00, the techs arrived at 5:00. While there was good communication about the delays it went from 4:00 to 4:30 to 5:00. Service was interior only, however there are now greasy fingerprints on all doors - the exterior should not be worse than before the service was started. And while not related to the techs but rather the company, the chemicals used are extremely unpleasant. ”
