“Though my cleaning was overall great, unfortunately my technician flooded my back up camera. When I reached out to detail.com with this concern they stated they’d check with the technician and apparently he noted it was already damaged. The only way the camera could have been damaged on the outside of the car would be with high pressure water being shot at the camera. I hadn’t gotten the car cleaned in over a month. The camera replacement was $800! Detail.com basically said that because I had some water on the inside of my car, that’s why the camera would have been damaged. I will be pursuing small claims court and disappointed detail.com can’t take accountability for their technicians mistake. ”

“I think he did a great job at removing most of the hair but the seats were not completely cleaned and there were a few spots I had to wipe down. I don’t think that there was any leather deep conditioning used either. ”
