“Did a good job on the carpet and getting the bad smell out, but did a terrible job cleaning everything else.. There's still dog hair in many spots. He didn't get the dirt in many of the obvious spots in plain sight! I did a better job using Clorox wipes on the doors and console. He didn't clean the inside windshield. The guy was really nice, but just didn't get everything clean. I'm going to have clean ny car my self now, and for 132$, I shouldn't have to do that.”

“Our service guy was professional and on time. He took his time while detailing my vehicles interior. He had his own equipment. Did an excellent job. My looks and smells brand new. Great service and rxperience. Will use his service on a regular basis. If you have a toddler you know what your vehicle experiences. This detailing service erased all of it and gave our car a clean fresh start. Thanks!”

“Several areas were left uncleaned, of those, the largest was the engine compartment, which was supposed to be included in our package price. Also missed were the wheel rims and spokes, top and bottom of rear hatch jam, glove box, both drivers and passenger vanity mirrors, and underneath the passenger side front seat. I have several pictures on my phone if you would like me to text them to you. The other issue my mother had was when the crew was about 15 minutes from finishing, they asked if she wanted to tip them. They then told her their credit card machine was not working, and did she need to go to the ATM. I shouldn't have to tell you how uncomfortable that made her feel. This is definitely NOT the service I expected her to get after reading your website. She reluctantly paid as that was the deal we entered into, and she certainly did not feel comfortable questioning their work. Me, on the other hand, feel that I did not get what I paid for, according to the package description.”
