“When you specify clay bar cleaning, I should have gotten clay, not AutoScrub. He did not even use the Autoscrub on the whole vehicle, admittedly. He "did me a favor" using polish instead of wax. It was not used per the Mfg. reccomendations. He did not let the polish haze at all. Nor did he polish the whole vehicle. He was ready to leave when I asked him if he would accept this as a "Platinum" service. He said no!! He found deficiencies in his own work after he said he was done. He did not dress the exterior trim, did not wash the chrome side steps at all. To his credit, he did a quick minimal touch up to some of the trim and wiped off the steps. He told me not to call him for service again. ”

“Many miss spots, buffing compound swirls. The 5th wheel is a fiberglass side and should have been warm to touch and 60-80 degrees to perform work. I would have thought the guy should have known this and said need to reschedule. I reached out to him and he did respond. Paid $1000 dollars for cut and buff and wax. Supposed to include a wash but I had wash it 2 days before. I been on it today straighten out this terrible job. I feel I deserve at least half my money back. I am leaving in 2 days with this coach and I didn’t want to leave looking the way it did. Please respond with this response. Have better after pictures of miss spots and left compound ”
