Post service:
My dash radio buttons aren’t working. It’s staying on one of the 6 radio options and I’m unable to turn on off other buttons. This is a new problem I have not previously experienced. They worked one time when turning car off and on, but not again since that one time.
The ceiling was also not cleaned (I didn’t recognize this during inspection so didn’t have a time to let my tech know).”

“To be quite honest the gentleman was incredibly nice and spent hours on the car. It was not for a lack of trying but I was expecting a perfect job for the price I paid. There were visible nooks and crannies that were not touched, stains in the cup holders that I was able to remove with a magic eraser, and dirt on the plastic surfaces I was able to remove with a magic eraser. I’m pretty sure that would qualify as not properly sanitized which I paid an additional fee for. I do not believe this was the result of a poor job rather than needing different or upgraded tools. I was hoping to have been blown away and unfortunately I was not. The car looks amazing and this could be me being nit picky but I would not use your company in the future. Thank you so much and have a great day! Also, there was no tip included with the payment but I did tip in cash as I felt he worked very hard today!”

“Tech was an hour late. He was not thorough with the cleaning and I had to point out several areas to clean/wipe down. He finished 2 cars in less that an hour, which doesn’t make sense based on what the website estimated it would take.
I know they calculated “man time” but I’m not sure if bringing a 12 yr old child to help counts as a second set of hands to get cars done quicker. All the leather was wiped down, but so heavily there’s a residue/film on EVERYTHING. The windows also were left with a foggy film that I now need to go back and wipe down myself. Vacuuming wasn’t done properly, as side cubby’s were missed and areas were left with debris and small pieces of trash. I feel like I could have gone to any regular Hand car wash and asked for the premium wash and gotten the same service for about 50$ a car, I’m just glad I didn’t select an even higher priced package or I would have been so bugged. Lesson learned. ”

“Scheduling the service was easy and great! I even received a reminder email, which was also awesome.
The email indicated that I was confirmed for someone to be here from 2-3 and that someone would call to confirm as well.
I never received a call.
Today rolled around and it's 3:15 and no one is here.
So I call the number that it listed on the email to call and that just made me frustrated.
The lady on the phone asked all sorts of questions about location, what time it is here, etc and then finally said I would have to email you al because she didn't work for the company and was a call service.
That was completely unhelpful!
So I emailed to let you all know no one showed up. As of now, no one still has responded to the email.
Close to 3:20 the folks showed about. On the plus side, they were some of the nicest people I have ever met and honestly, my car looks better now then it did when o bought it! So kudos to them for a job well done.
