“It would have been a 5 if he hadn't failed to wash the back window. Has many little fingerprints and large smudges. Very polite and friendly, got here early, which was fine. Think he could come back and do the rear window? I just can't seem to get it clean.”

“In general, a good job, especially on the interior and engine. A few swirl marks left on the exterior. Detailed was a little late as well. Was supposed to arrive between 0800-0900 and it was almost 1000 before he arrived. ”
