“The guys were on time and very pleasant. I expected to get the car cleaned I expected the car spotless however they did what they could but I was not pleased with the outcome. The seats were super wet and dirty, so the doors and areas had dust and dirt. I went ahead aftrr they left and re did it. Most stain came out and I cleaned the mirrors too. Honestly too expensive for what it was.”

“Technician did a rushed and incomplete job on my vehicle. Unfortunately, most of the issues could not be seen until the vehicle dried as the entire interior was soaked when I inspected the vehicle afterwards. All of the services I ordered in the Platinum package that did NOT get done are: clean and degrease wheels and tires, clean all door jambs and trunk seals, clay prep all painted services to remove harmful contaminants, apply high quality wax by hand to all painted surfaces, wipe down engine bay, apply UV protector to all hard surfaces, deep clean and condition leather seats, spot clean head liners, and clean vents. That's a LOT of things to miss! To summarize the tech's service, he basically just pressure washed the entire outside and inside of the car. There is damage to the interior overhead of the vehicle due to the harshness of the pressure washing. There is also damage (a couple prominent scratches) to the front right passenger seat, which the tech denied doing, but wasn't there before. He completed the whole job in less than 50 minutes which was a red flag as a job like this usually takes 2 to 4 hours easy. Additionally, he charged me "tax" making my total several dollars higher than the total amount shown on CarDetailing.com. This guy was clearly rushing through this. It was all about the money, not the job, for him. I essentially paid for an overpriced car wash. No actual detailing was done to my vehicle. I found dust and excessive standing water in spaces throughout. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and will not be using CarDetailing.com again. I will also no longer be recommending it to others.”
