I am really disappointed that there was no indication up front from the service that I would not be able to drive my car without sitting in a wet seat for 1-2 days. The potential of having to drive while sitting on a wet seat tomorrow is really disappointing. ”

“Arrived on time. Interior of car is beautiful. Daughter says it's cleaner than when we purchased it new. Only reason I gave it a 4.5 instead of a 5 is because we won't know how well the urine remediation was handled until the seat and carpet dry completely. It's still very wet and with the humidity in the air right now, getting it to dry is proving difficult.”
