“The service was terrible! The guy was here for 3 1/2 hours and the car washes for my 2 vehicles were unexceptable. The windows were filthy I had to mention that to him, there were and still are bugs from the highway on the front grille of my truck! I ordered a detail package and this was more like a regular wash from waterway and that’s 30 bucks! I paid $209 and that’s not fair! And I told the guy how dissatisfied with the job and he told me I should’ve took it to waterways (gas station car wash) if I was gonna complain. The crazy thing about it all is my truck and wife’s car are brand new! Mines 1 month and hers 3 months. Had 0 miles on them so these jobs should’ve been easy. I get car washes all the time and go to the dealership for my details and they do a better job. He didn’t put any leather cleaner on the seats and he told me he just used soap and water to whip the insides out. I could’ve done that! I’m very upset about this matter.”
