“My appointment was to be from 4 to 6 thay came at 6:30 and by 7 it was dark so I think if it was light outside I think thay would have done a better job and would have not rushed. The job was good but could have been better. I could not see how good the job was it was to dark.”

“They were suppose to be here between 12-2, the guy called saying they would show up for 1:30 the latest... no call, nothing&they didn't show up till 3:15. I had to appointments I had to cancel cause they didn't finish till almost 7p.m, They cleaned great, other then dropping the Windows down a.m inch to clean the top, along each side of the seat had not been vacuumed, the first time i opened my back door i found 3 peices of trash along the back side of the console.”

“Elmer called at 7:45, said he'd arrive in one hour, didn't arrive until 9:45, no mention of being late. They seemed to do a decent job but I was disappointed that the never took the baby car seats out (they just wiped underneath them) and never really cleaned my 3rd row (the seats were folded down so they did clean the back cargo area). I asked him to do a little extra on the car and paid him extra money to do so (polish my chrome which looked like it had a white film) and get rid of the glue from my Easy Pass. But when they left, I looked in my back seat and feel like they just wiped everything down. They really didn't clean the car (did they actually shampoo? My rugs weren't wet). Next time I would have just asked for someone else, I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this last part bothered me...when they were leaving, Elmer gave me his business card and said to call him direct, he could charge me less $$...but he was driving your company vehicle!”
