“My back seat has a flip down part for cup holders and that didn’t get cleaned my interior mirrors didn’t get cleaned but it looks good overall I do think the price is a little high considering the equipment used was nothing more then a very small shop vac and a bucket with soapy water no steam cleaning or actual shampooer was used it does look better then it did tho ”

“Immanuel arrived 40 minutes after the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. arrival window. The rear hatch door seal had some clearly visible dirt remaining in one of it crevices. He didn't do any "dressing" on the exterior plastic trim on the rocker panels and elsewhere. He implausibly indicated that he wasn't sure that the "Platinum" detailing included that item. I showed him a screen print for the service showing this was to be done, He then applied the dressing, over-spraying it on the garage floor, causing me slip and almost fall later on. Sand remained on the carpet between the gas pedal and the drive-train hump. When I pointed this out and asked "Don't you have a crevice tool?" I was astonished to hear him say "No". Then he made a useless effort to remove the dirt by wiping it with a cloth. I told Immanuel that I was annoyed by his failure to rectify the easily visible, granulated dirt by the gas peddle. He seemed unconcerned and left with only a $5 tip of the $20 I was prepared to give.”

“Nice guy working on my car, but doesn’t seem to being doing a great job. He is waxing car, but hasn’t touched the top yet. I even provided a step stool to reach the top. How can you finish base of a car and then go back and clay bar and wax the top? Speaking of the clay bar, there are still bird droppings (a few and small) on the car. I would assume the clay would get those easy. Windshield is very streaked, couldn’t see that until I moved the car, if I had seen that I would have had him redo them…needs to use clean cloth on glass. Still have wax residue in the body seams, I know I sound very picky, buy for a hundred fourteen dollars +tip I should be. I paid for a detailing and thats what I am checking…..the “details!" All in all I cannot recommend your service, it is no more then a very expensive car wash. I gave plus points for your tech being on time, but it was down hill from there. Dissatisfied customer,”
