“Original CONFIRMED appointment was canceled by technician without explanation after scheduled window of arrival. I waited hours for tech to show up, could have been completing other tasks if notified earlier of cancelation. Next day scheduled technician was late again. Paid for the super interior detail but pet hair was still under the mats in the corners of my back floors. I had to go to work so I was not present when tech finished (at no fault to him) but I expected a super job...others may have a better experience sorry for the rant.”

My only complaint is that there's still some spots from the wax or cleaner that weren't wiped off properly and a few leaves around the base of the windshield wiper/under the hood. My technician was super nice and knowledgeable. He worked hard for three solid hours. I am very pleased.”
